You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.

  1. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or item arrived damaged).

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.
